Vulnerability is strength, not weakness.

It takes incredible courage to admit when you're struggling, ask for help, or share your authentic feelings with others. Society might tell you to "tough it out" or "stay strong," but real strength is being honest about your pain and taking steps to heal.

Opening up to trusted people or professionals isn't giving up, it's choosing growth over suffering. That's true bravery.
