Mix your favorite veggies into your salad and enjoy! What is your favorite salad ingredient? 🥗

Salad:
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup tomato
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup beets
Dollop of hummus

Dressing:
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
dried oregano (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)

Try this delicious Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Pears recipe this weekend!

Ingredients:
* 1 large pair (cored and cut into 1-inch chunks)
* 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
* 2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
* Pinch of kosher salt
* Pinch of ground black pepper
* 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
* 1 tsp maple syrup
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Toss pair, Brussels sprouts, evoo, salt, and pepper and roast on a large-rimmed baking sheet at 450 for 25 minutes (or until tender). Mix the vinegar, syrup, and mustard in a small bowl. Toss in the sauce and serve with your favorite protein!
