Bloomfield DBT of Michigan I providing individual sessions to our clients Our goal is to empower individuals and their families to lead healthier, happier lives.

We are a full service DBT practice offering individual therapy, skills groups, coaching, and therapist case consultation. We provide effective, evidence based therapies for individuals who suffer from borderline personality disorder, and we also provide other cognitive behavioral based therapies for individuals and group settings. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) was developed by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D when she began treating individuals who struggled with regulating emotions. Borderline Personality Disorder, typically involves unusual levels of instability in mood and black or white thinking; as well as chaotic and unstable interpersonal relationships, self image, behavior and identity as well as a disturbance in the individual’s sense of self. DBT is proven to be beneficial with treating eating disorders, addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and mood disorders as well as borderline personality disorder. Our office is located in a private and quiet building in West Bloomfield, Michigan. We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to our new clients.
