Certified as an IFA Aerobic Instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise and Zumba Fitness. My training specialities include the following areas: weight loss, balance and stability, injury prevention, muscle toning and definition, endurance, and hypertrophy resistance training. With the mixture of movement, motivation, and mindset you can change your mind, body, and soul. We are a studio with over 15 years of experience in fitness and training. Our clients come in with a specified need and they leave transformed. We offer everything from Zumba, Samba, Barre, Butt Fit, and more. Join our community of committed women that are motived to move, change their lives and essentially the world.

There’s nothing I love more than spreading the joy of dance. That’s why I’m so excited to teach this Bollywood fitness pop-up class at CelyFIT studio in West Bloomfield, MI on Sunday, December 28th at 11:30 AM!

About the class: It is perfect for all fitness levels, does not require any dance experience, and is sure to leave you feeling empowered and energized. It is designed to work your inner Bollywood through interval-based choreographed routines including styles such as bhangra, hip-hop, folk dance, latin-fusion and classical conditioning.

Follow along to cardio and conditioning routines of varying intensity, activating major muscle groups of the abs, arms and legs. The energy and expressions will keep you smiling as you burn 300-600 calories using your own resistance and muscle control.
