Next week, we will be heading to .dance for a new workshop - Heels Posture with a PT 👠♥️

Our goal? To help dancers and performers who wear heels to understand more about how heels change their posture, how to have more postural awareness while in heels, and how to prevent injuries associated with postural and gait changes that occur while in heels 👏
