Anxiety occurs when a person experiences emotional distress, fear or excessive worry. The symptoms range from rapid heart rate, to shaking/trembling, excessive sweating, difficulty breathing, panic attacks, insomnia, poor memory, digestive issues and may find it hard to concentrate. Anxiety is | real | and can be very debilitating ito the individual if it is not addressed.
