EHV-1 Outbreak Update & Owner Education Opportunity

The concern for further spread of EHV-1—as well as the neurologic form, EHM—is very real, and understandably frightening for horse owners and barns nationwide.

To help provide clear, accurate information during this developing situation, Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA Inc. is hosting a special educational webinar for horse owners. This session will explain what’s happening, why it matters, and the practical steps you can take to keep your horses safe.

Breeding season is just around the corner for us (Already!? Crazy!) and as we’re finalizing our breeding plans, we’re also realizing we do not want this many does to milk come spring time. So! We have several adult Nigerian Dwarf does (7, I think, and 2 have already been exposed to a buck), 1-2 doelings, a young adult buck and a buckling all available now. Yes, does may be exposed to one of our bucks before leaving, just ask! We may also entertain trades for something(s) besides more goats, just ask!

We’re an ADGA Plus performance herd, negative for CAE, CL and Johnes. All goats are UTD with CDT vaccinations, BoSe injections, copper bolus and hoof trimming.

** She has been leased! **

Most people that have ever visited our farm, and numerous little kiddos that have taken riding lessons here over the years, know this amazing little mare! Willow!

Willow has been leased by a really great little kiddo for a couple of years now, because our own have outgrown her, and her next lease situation has recently fallen through. So, she is available for lease to the right family/situation. Preference given to someone wanting an on farm lease, but off farm isn't necessarily a hard no.

Willow rides English or Western, trail rides and ponies wonderfully, is a super star in costume classes and is incredibly cute jumping!
