How can we optimize our uterine health for conception?

PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR THE UTERUS!

1. Improved blood flow and circulation- important for healthy uterine lining.

2. Optimized uterine position- mal position can occur with previous surgery, birth, or endometriosis, which may interfere with implantation or make conception less likely.

3. Reduction of scar tissue- scar tissue in the uterus can be the result of C-section, abdominal surgery, miscarriage/D&Es. Mobilization can soften restrictions and improve organ movement and interaction between ovaries, fallopian tubes, and uterus.

4. Nervous system regulation- manual therapy can calm nerves and fascia, reduce cramping, pain, and sympathetic overdrive creating a more supportive environment for implantation.

5. Hormonal support- increases in bloodflow and lymphatic drainage enhances uterine response to hormones which supports ovulation and endometrial development.

In this class, you will have 45 minutes of Yoga with one of the most popular and respected yoga teachers in the region followed by 30 minutes of a fertility workshop with yours truly.
