✨ Now Hiring: Part-Time / Per Diem Behavior Specialist ✨
We’re looking for a Behavior Specialist interested in part-time or per diem work to join our team!
🕘 Schedule:
• Hours typically fall on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM
• Some remote work included for data tracking, documentation and planning
📍 Service Area:
• Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties (PA)
• All clients located within ~ 30 minutes of West Chester, PA
💰 Compensation:
• Starting at $35/hour, with competitive rates offered for advanced education, licensure, and relevant experience
💼 Role Highlights:
• Provide behavioral support and guidance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families
• Collaborate with supportive, multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible scheduling that works well for professionals seeking daytime hours
✅ Requirements:
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Background check and required clearances
• At least 1 year of direct experience working with individuals with autism and/or IDD
• Candidates must meet one of the following:
1) Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Gerontology
2) Hold a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
3) Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and be willing to work under the supervision of a licensed professional
