This exciting announcement comes on the heels of Coach Ellis leading his 17’s team to victory at the Central Zone Invitational this past weekend.

Matt has demonstrated an exceptional ability to develop players and build strong team cultures.

His commitment to excellence and understanding of how to create an environment where athletes thrive, makes him an outstanding WIN for Lakota East.

The timing couldn't be better - fresh off a tournament victory, Matt brings winning momentum to his new role at Lakota East. This appointment reflects not only his coaching success but also his dedication to developing young athletes in our community.

We're extremely proud to have Coach Ellis as part of our CVA family and are excited to see him expand his impact at Lakota East. The Thunderhawks are gaining a passionate leader who truly understands how to build an unwavering culture of excellence.

For over 3 years now, Apex Clinicare & Wellness Center has partnered with Explosion Fitness and together we are able to help people achieve their goals!

In 2004, Dr. Joe Lindeman (of Elite Chiropractic) had the idea to open a fitness facility. His thought process was to create a gym and an environment his chiropractic clients could go to to help improve their health when they were out of his office.

He also wanted to create a facility that catered to young athletes to help them take their game to the next level in competition.

In 2005, his idea became a reality and built Explosion Fitness Solutions.

Aside from the incredible training, the best quality Explosion has to offer clients is the feeling of friends and family. What better way to achieve your fitness goals than alongside people (trainers and clients) who want to see you succeed.

We recently received a heartwarming message from an opposing team's parent about one of our very own CVA athletes.

Ava Stevens from 12-Brokken.

After a competitive match this past weekend at Sports Express, Ava took a moment to encourage an Eastside player, complimenting her serving skills – even after a tough loss for her team.

This is exactly what CVA volleyball is all about.

Beyond the scores and statistics, it's these moments of character that truly define our culture.
