Your HEALTH has a great deal to do with your mindfulness.
What you think will always expand.
Where you are is most likely because of what you are thinking.
So as we get ready to move into a New Year let's make one of the priorities of our health our mindfulness.
Without your physical health nothing else really matters but your mind and your thoughts are greatly connected to your physical health.
So make the priority of taking care of yourself first and foremost:
* physically
* nutritionally
*Chiropractically
Building a:
* strong immune system
* a healthy working nervous system
*of course drinking water
* feeding your body with real food
but do not forget how vital it is to have a positive thought life while working on your physical health.
