Classes at studio & online Stsrting 1/1/2025 find us at In Harmony Wellspring as we are merging our two pages We offer virtual and in person yoga classes, workshops, and more. Our schedule includes daily classes for students of all ages, skill level, and ability. Some our classes include Strong & Balanced Flow, Warm Flow, Stretch & Connect, Baby Boomer Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga in Spanish. Now & Zen Yoga

Now & Zen Yoga offers yoga classes seven days a week. Classes are held every morning and Monday through Thursday evenings. Friday evenings are reserved for fun and creative yoga and movement activities. We have classes for every level and ability, including chair yoga and prenatal yoga.

Now & Zen Yoga has a beautiful reception area, two spacious studio spaces, seven treatment rooms, as well as multiple waiting areas. It is our pleasure to serve the Greater West Chester community through our yoga classes, workshops, and events.
