It’s National Peach Cobbler Day! 🍑🥧

Not only is this dessert yummy 😋, peaches in their raw form offer some dental benefits as well!
I bet you didn’t know that there is fluoride found in certain foods and beverages that we consume that naturally occur from the Earth.
Along with fruits, like apples and bananas, peaches contribute to dietary fluoride intake, which can help support our dental health.

But be beware, these delicious treats are high in sugar so eating too many could have negative effects dentally.

For now, go get yourself a peach cobbler and enjoy it today! 😁🍑🦷🥧
