Hi! I’m Laurie, a Registered Dietitian and Eating Disorder Specialist. I help people improve their relationship with food & their body.
This page will be the main area I share articles, educational opportunities, and other important resources about Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Health At Every Size® (HAES), and the importance of honoring all people regardless of age, race, ability, size or gender identity.
