"CrossFit changed my life" how many times have you had something truly change the trajectory of your life?

It's changed my own health, the health of many people I've shared CrossFit with, it's given me a career and helped me provide for my family, it's introduced me to so many great people.

Preparing and attending this course has given me a renewed vision for what I can do and help other do. I am no way near the finish line, thank you to anyone who has shared in this journey with me and to those I have yet to share the road with 🙌🙏
