Shining a spotlight on Austin J. Koehler!

Since joining Federal Eagle in February 2022, Austin has made a remarkable impact by building our co-op program from the ground up, bringing 10 engineering co-op students through the program across multiple rotations, with two more returning this May. The program has added tremendous value to our engineering team and caught the attention of the University of Cincinnati, who has invited Austin to speak at their Professional Development Career Panel for ME, MET, and ISE majors on multiple occasions, a great reflection on Austin and on Federal Eagle as a whole.

Austin's initiative in starting and sustaining this program has strengthened our team and positioned Federal Eagle as a destination for emerging engineering talent.

We’re incredibly grateful for Austin’s hard work, leadership, and dedication, and for the lasting impact he continues to make on our team and future talent.
