Every year, the CCEC staff surprises our doctors with gifts at our annual holiday party. This year, the staff decided to do something a little different and surprised the doctors by donating money they raised themselves to the Sarcoma Alliance.

As many already know, our very own Dr. Ward was diagnosed late last year with sarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer, and spent the early part of this year courageously battling the disease. This donation was made in his honor to show our support and gratitude for his strength, while also helping others who are facing the same fight.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Jenny Dang to our team! Dr. Dang will be seeing patients in our West Chester and Exton offices. We’re proud to share that Dr. DeStafeno recently represented the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery in Washington, D.C., advocating for our patients, staff, and independent practices like ours. He met with Pennsylvania Senators and Members of Congress to advocate for improving patient access to specialist care and fair treatment by insurance companies.
