Birthright of West Chester We provide free, non-judgemental support & love to pregnant women. We offer information and referrals to help clients meet their emotional and material needs.

Birthright is a non-profit, charitable organization that has been providing love and support for over 45 years to women facing unplanned pregnancies. We have chapters across the United States, Canada and Africa as well as a 24/7 toll-free HOTLINE. Birthright is supported by devoted volunteers and private donations and takes no government money. Birthright of West Chester was founded in December 1982 and has helped hundreds of women over our nearly 40 years in the Borough of West Chester. We continue to offer love, hope and support to women facing unplanned pregnancies and help make a realistic plan for her future and the future of her unborn child. Birthright treats each woman as an individual who deserves love and respect, as well as personal attention to her unique situation. Birthright services are always free, confidential and available to any woman regardless of age, race, religion, marital status or financial situation. The essence of Birthright is LOVE.

We have so much to be thankful for this year!!

Thankful for resilient mothers 👩🏻🤰🏾

Our dedicated volunteers ❤️ some of which have 20 and 30 years of Birthright service under their belts.

And finally how blessed we feel to have had board members who have stayed committed and passionate about helping women and their children — one in particular who retired this year after 40+ years of service to Birthright. Him and his wife were also one of the couple who helped open the doors of our Birthright office in 1982. Thank you Jack and Mary!

We love when our moms stop by to get items for their babies and even better when they’re able to pick up something for themselves too!

Thanks to the Knights of Columbus of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish we have been able to give out brand new winter jackets to older siblings of the babies we serve for the last several years. This year, the Knights also generously donated a large box of brand new women’s coats for our moms 🙏🏻 We gave out 3 women’s coats just today!! Thank you Knights 🙌🏻 We couldn’t do what we do without you ❤️

We look forward to receiving these baskets every year! The handmade items in each one are truly cherished by the women we serve- knowing that so much love, time and care was taken to make something one-of-a-kind for their precious and unique child ❤️
