A little bit about me....;-)

I am blessed with two beautiful teenagers, two Great Danes (one deaf) and a super great husband ;-)

When my children were diagnosed with a chronic illness, I quickly realized the need to make not only dietary changes, but environmental changes to our home as well. These "shifts" led me to one of my home based businesses which provides amazing natural and organic options and solutions for our overall wellness and creating a "healthy home." We know that companies spend BIG money on marketing flashy, colorful sugary foods to entice our kids. "Health Care” and cleaning products are infused with toxins that are disguised in “synthetic fragrances," pretty packaging and deceiving words. Isn't time to take control of what you purchase for those that mean the most to you? It’s simple: You become a REBEL mom! You “arm” yourself with education. You make shifts in your purchasing. You will see and FEEL the changes in yourself, your family and your home environment! My mission is to help you do just that! And with that, I welcome you! You are amongst other powerful Rebel minded moms! Together we can empower one another to create a toxin free home and lifestyle that our children will mimic in their adult lives! Favorite Foods: Tacos al-Pastore, Pasta (gluten free) with spicy marinara and broccoli, shrimp cocktails, greek salads...I'm pretty easy to please. Favorite Movie: When Harry Met Sally, Love Actually, Best in Show. Favorite Singer: I have a few but those who know me know I am a FANILOW! yep- Barry!! (you can stop laughing now...;-)
Favorite sport: Figure skating..I was a competitive skater WAY back when. Favorite hobby: working out
