✨ 9 Days Post-Op ✨

Kate is officially 9 days out from her Pretrichial Brow lift, Extended Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift, and Buccal Fat excision — and she’s doing beautifully.

At this stage, it’s all about healing. There’s still swelling (totally normal), a little tightness, and subtle changes happening day by day. The definition in her jawline is starting to peek through, her neck contour is improving, and her overall expression already feels softer and more refreshed.

She’s feeling great — but it’s important to remember that every recovery is different. Some patients swell more, some bruise less, some heal faster. There’s no “one size fits all” timeline.

This is still early in her journey… and the best is yet to come. 💫

Post-Op Day 2 | The Healing Begins ✨

Kate is officially 2 days post-op and settling into the early recovery phase of her facial rejuvenation journey. She’s feeling great so far, which we love to see — but it’s important to remember that everyone’s healing experience is different.

Swelling and bruising are completely normal at this stage as everything adjusts and begins healing beneath the surface. Because her transformation focused on the deeper structures of the face and neck, these first few days are all about rest, recovery, and letting the foundation do its thing.

Procedures performed include an extended deep plane facelift to reposition deeper facial tissues, a deep neck lift with partial bilateral submandibular gland excision to refine neck contour and reduce fullness, and a bilateral pretrichial brow lift to gently elevate the brows while preserving the hairline.

🧩Why these procedures were combined:

Aging affects the face in multiple layers—from the brows to the jawline and neck. Performing these procedures together allows the entire face and neck to be treated as one balanced unit, rather than addressing isolated areas. This patient is three months out from a comprehensive facial rejuvenation designed to restore lift, definition, and balance while maintaining a natural appearance.

Her procedures included an extended deep plane facelift, which lifts and supports the deeper facial structures for long-lasting results, and buccal fat removal performed from inside the mouth to subtly slim and contour the lower face. A deep neck lift was also performed to tighten the neck, sharpen the jawline, and reduce fullness beneath the chin.

To enhance the upper face, a pretrichial brow lift gently elevated the brows while preserving the natural hairline, and an upper blepharoplasty refreshed the eyes by removing excess skin for a brighter, more rested look.

As healing continues, swelling will keep decreasing, and the final results will continue to refine—showing smooth contours and a refreshed, confident appearance.

At this stage, swelling continues to resolve, and results will keep refining over the coming months—revealing elegant contours, defined structure, and a rested, confident appearance.

This patient is now six months out from an open rhinoplasty with a septal extension graft—a technique that helps support the nasal tip and create smooth, natural-looking contours.

Most of the swelling has settled at this stage, revealing improved symmetry and a beautifully balanced profile. Results will continue to refine as healing finishes, helping this patient go confidently knowing their nose looks natural from every angle.
