At just three months, this patient is already showing beautifully defined, natural results.

She underwent an isolated deep neck lift with platysmaplasty to tighten the underlying muscles, remove excess fat beneath the jawline, and refine the cervicomental angle — all without altering her facial features.

Because her submandibular glands were mildly drooping, a conservative reduction was performed to enhance jawline definition and create a smoother, more sculpted neck contour.

To complete the transformation, bilateral buccal fat excision was done to reduce mid-face fullness and create a seamless transition from cheek to jaw.

This 72-year-old patient underwent a comprehensive facial rejuvenation to address signs of aging while maintaining a natural appearance. Her surgical plan included a bilateral pretrichial brow lift to elevate the lateral brow and soften periorbital heaviness, along with a facelift using oblique SMAS plication to reposition and support deeper facial structures, improving midface volume and definition. A neck lift was performed to contour the cervicomental angle and restore balance between the face and neck. To refine the perioral region, a 35% TCA chemical peel was applied to improve texture and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Postoperatively, she completed a couple sessions of BBL and Moxi laser treatments to further enhance skin tone, clarity, and pigmentation.
