This patient is 3 months out from a comprehensive facial refresh designed to restore natural lift, definition, and balance.

Procedures included an extended deep plane facelift to lift and support the deeper layers of the face, buccal fat removal through the inside of the mouth to slim the lower face, a deep neck lift to tighten and define the neck and jawline while reducing fullness beneath the jaw, a pretrichial brow lift to gently elevate the brows while preserving the hairline, and an upper blepharoplasty to refresh and open the eyes.

At this stage, swelling continues to resolve, and results will keep refining over the coming months—revealing elegant contours, defined structure, and a rested, confident appearance.

🔹 Upper Lid Blepharoplasty — Removes excess skin from the upper eyelids to open the eyes and create a brighter, refreshed appearance.
🔹 Lower Lid Blepharoplasty (Transconjunctival Approach with Fat Transposition + Canthopexy) — Accessing the lower lids from the inside avoids an external scar.
