Big news as we continue to grow with our community!

Our outpatient services are now part of Branches- A Service of Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a refreshed approach to delivering quality outpatient care. Through Branches, we continue to offer a full continuum of outpatient services designed to meet individuals where they are.

Our adult programs include:
-Mental Health Intensive Outpatient
-Recovery Management Intensive Outpatient
-Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (full day)
-Trauma Focused Partial Hospitalization Program (full day exclusively for our military, veterans and first responders)
-Virtual Mental Health Intensive Outpatient

Our youth programs include:
-Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (evening program)
-Coming Soon this Summer! Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (morning program)

Led by our Director of Clinical Services, Chris McKethan, this team shows up each day with compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to those we serve. They advocate, support and walk alongside our patients and families through some of life's hardest moments, and their impact reaches far beyond our hospital walls.

We are thrilled to introduce our new Director of Clinical Services, Christopher McKethan, LISW-CP!

In this role, McKethan will provide leadership and oversight for our hospital's social work and clinical services teams, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care.

With extensive experience in behavioral health and clinical leadership, McKethan brings a strong commitment to compassionate care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical excellence.

"We are thrilled to welcome Chris to the Three Rivers Behavioral Health leadership team," said CEO Shannon Marcus. "His experience, leadership and dedication to behavioral health will be a tremendous asset to our social work team and will help us continue enhancing the quality of care we provide to the patients and communities we serve."

We are excited to announce the promotion of Tiffany Chatman to Controller!

Tiffany began with Three Rivers Behavioral Health in January 2025 as AP/Payroll Coordinator. She says with that position she didn't realize she would be stepping into her career- not just a job.

Tiffany noted: "I am honored for this opportunity to grow and learn with a great company as a leader. Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"."
