I tend to lean towards a person-centered approach where the client is responsible for their growth. I am a guide to help you on your journey, like a lamp illuminating the path. I typically incorporate exercises and techniques from empirically researched therapies such as CBT, DBT, CPT, ACT, Art Therapy, and more. I also integrate Christian beliefs and practices in counseling when requested.
