The Ultimate Abs Circuit is designed to strengthen, tighten, and sculpt your core while boosting overall conditioning.

Perform each movement with control and focus to get the most out of every rep.

Ultimate Abs Circuit

Plank – 30 seconds
Maintain a straight line from head to heels and keep your core engaged.

Russian Twists – 20 reps per side
Sit back slightly and rotate through your torso to target the obliques.

Leg Raises – 15 reps
Lift your legs with control while keeping your lower back supported and core tight.

Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
From a plank position, drive your knees toward your chest to elevate your heart rate and engage your core.

Bicycle Crunches – 20 reps per side
Move slowly and deliberately, bringing opposite elbow to knee.

Flutter Kicks – 30 seconds
Keep your core tight and lower back pressed into the floor as you kick.
