Try These Steps for a Do-It-Yourself Foot Massage! 👣
Give your feet a little love — they carry you all day!

Step 1: Rub the sole of your foot.
Use your thumbs to apply pressure, working downward toward the sole. Increase pressure as you get closer to the center for deeper relief.

Step 2: Massage the toes.
Place a finger on the top and bottom of each toe, gently working up and down. Repeat for all toes to release tension.

Step 3: Apply pressure to your arches.
Overlap your thumbs and move them back and forth across the entire arch. This helps ease soreness and improve circulation.

Step 4: Enjoy!
Relax, breathe, and let the tension melt away.
