Meet Our Clinical Director! We’re proud to introduce Dr. Cynthia McFadden, DHSc, LMSW, our dedicated Clinical Director at Three Rivers Midlands.

With a passion for adolescent mental health and a commitment to excellence in care, Dr. McFadden brings 23 years of clinical experience and leadership to our team. Dr. McFadden leads our clinical program with compassion, expertise, and a vision for healing that prioritizes individualized, evidence-based treatment. From guiding our therapeutic staff to ensuring every client receives the support they need, Dr. McFadden plays a vital role in the progress and success of the young lives we serve.

Favorite quote: Reach one; teach one! Leave no one behind! Specialties: CBT, Trauma-informed care, family systems, DBT, etc. Fun fact: Love to travel out of the country!
