Introducing our new Director of Admissions, Quiotis Fletcher!

As Director of Admissions at Three Rivers Midlands, Fletcher is more than a leader, she is a compassionate advocate for youth and mental health. With a background that bridges corrections and adolescent treatment, she brings a trauma-informed, culturally competent approach to every interaction.

Guided by faith and fueled by purpose, Fletcher ensures every youth who walks through the door is seen, heard, and supported. Her leadership is rooted in patience, service excellence, and a deep belief in growth—for both staff and residents.

💡 “If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got.” That’s why Fletcher leads with innovation, empathy, and a commitment to helping others thrive—even through tough decisions and seasons of change.

Outside of work, she values time with her children and prioritizes self-care—for herself and her team. Because true leadership means showing up with authenticity, every single day.
