My name is Johnny, and I’m a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people live healthier, more sustainable lives. My approach focuses on creating lasting change by improving one habit at a time, emphasizing progress over extreme measures. I believe our bodies are the one thing we have the most control over. We decide what we put into them and how we treat them, and no one can take that away from us. With this in mind, it’s essential to live intentionally and prioritize our health, as we only get one life to do so. I’ve experienced firsthand how life’s twists and turns can impact your weight and health, especially when it becomes difficult to stay active in today’s world, where sedentary lifestyles are so common. Life changes can make it harder to find time and motivation to move, but I know from experience that even small steps can lead to big improvements in both physical and mental well-being. My journey with exercise began in the Marine Corps, where I learned the importance of physical activity, and I quickly realized the profound impact it had on my health. Along the way, I discovered the healing benefits of massage therapy, which complements a healthy lifestyle. Now, I’m passionate about helping others reach their goals through a combination of fitness training, strength building, and therapeutic massage, guiding them toward a more balanced and healthier life.
