Dr. Wallace graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and math from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, and earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He went on to complete his residency in otorhinolaryngology/head and neck surgery at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa.

A fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology, Dr. Wallace has nearly 30 years of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders with additional certification in otorhinolaryngology/facial plastic surgery. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology.
