A Gentle Update for the New Year 💫

As we head into the New Year, we want to take a moment to thank each of you for continuing to support Soul Serenity Spa. We truly value the trust you place in us and never take it for granted. 🤍

Because we care deeply about our clients, we’ve always allowed online booking without requiring a credit card, something we know many of you appreciate. However, due to an increase in last-minute and same-day cancellations (not related to illness or true emergencies), we need to make a small update to our cancellation policy to better support our team.

✨ Updated Cancellation Policy (Effective in the New Year):
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) not performed.
• True emergencies will be handled with compassion and decided at the discretion of our nail technicians and massage therapists.
• If a late cancellation occurs, the balance must be paid prior to rebooking (by phone, in person, or invoice).
• Until the balance is settled, online booking access may be temporarily disabled.

Our nail technicians and massage therapists schedule their time specifically for you. Many of them travel here and rely on that reserved time for their livelihood. Last-minute cancellations not only leave an empty appointment slot, but they also take time and income away from the professionals who were prepared and present for your service.

This policy allows us to continue offering flexible booking options while also respecting the time, energy, and dedication of our team.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we move forward together into a peaceful, respectful, and relaxing New Year. ✨
