I’m wondering if anyone would be interested in a special New Year’s Eve morning 9:30 practice ?? I had an idea for a lovely slow and steady, let’s just stay on the ground yoga practice, stretching out and breathing in the new year feeling good on the last day!! Let me know if you want to!

Good morning friends~ im canceling today and tomorrow with hopes for Wednesday…I’m still crummy sick…everyone who has bought a monthly class card for November will have an extra two weeks added to their cards. I’m so sorry this has happened. I will be having a major prop sale in December so everyone can prepare their own yoga space at home with bolsters and blankets and blocks oh my! Please contact me with any questions or if you want to buy anything specific from the studio. I will most probably be selling some plants and books as well. thank you for your patience, love and support.
