I had a wonderful Yoni Steam today, surrounded by kind souls, sacred hearts, and compassionate energy.

During the opening meditation, I saw a slender snake. Nice, comforting, sensual. This snake began around my throat, swirling down to my breasts as it continued to wrap around my belly, womb, and hips. The snakes subtle tongue flickering as it traveled my body. It stretched down my legs and burrowed deep into the earth, connecting me, rooting me to Mother Earth. Feelings of support, releasing.

The first Steam held mainly physical responses. Internal waves rolling the length of my spine. My body moving to the heart beat of the room.

A chant, a song I don't know but yet I could feel my lips move to the words - my soul knows.

Goddess song, the drum creating a big heart pulse pounding through my entire body.

The second Steam, words of patheress, Greece, elves. Forest, tropical. Visions of parrots and tucans.

During the chant, a soul dance. My physical body and womb itself, individually dancing, celebrating, connecting, honoring, becoming.

Post-Steam, two oracles drawn.
The first, I must renounce something. Lower my excess energy when needed.

The second, a recalling.
The Prophetess of the Sacred Way.
Remembering. Flame energy? Don't have to struggle.

So, let this be my reminder:

My heart is my compass.

Happy Small Business Saturday! As a small business owner, thank you for choosing to invest in your local community. It means more than you know.

Supporting small businesses goes beyond shopping. It allows us to know what we are doing matters. In our case, that you value your wellness and wellbeing to choose us to assist you in your journey.

We know you can go to the big fancy gym. We know you can go to the yoga studio chain. We know that you can choose to go anywhere else.

But what we don't know, is if you see the value in the smaller folks. If you understand the hard work and dedication that it takes us to show up 24/7. If you appreciate the knowledge and skills that we use to create an actual plan to help you in life.

We aren't a yoga studio. We are a hub for your personal growth. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and beyond.

You can take a yoga or Pilates class anywhere. You can receive energy work from anyone.

But when you choose Nadi, you are choosing a sanctuary that encourages and supports you every step of the way. You choose a person who cares about your journey and growth, a person who curates detailed plans follows up on your progress. We don't just teach yoga/pilates, we teach you the tools to keep your momentum when you step outside of the building.

Long story not so short, you matter. And in full transparency, times are extremely difficult for our practice right now and we hope to continue to provide you services and offerings. But we can't do that alone.

Your self-investment, where you choose to go and support, impacts the lives of those small business owners. Yours would mean the world to us.

There are a lot of deals and savings out there right now. While most small businesses can't afford to offer discounts, sometimes we have no choice so that we can put a little food on the table, so we can buy the bare necessities like tp and toothpaste. Every cent matters.
