It’s your body trying to tell you something.

Most people play “whack-a-mole” with it—
fix the shoulder, then it’s the hip, then the back…

Nothing’s actually getting better. Just shifting.

The good news?
You’re probably not broken.

The real issue usually comes down to how you’re moving, training, and recovering.

When was going through my knee injury, I was frustrated and wanted so badly for it to go away so I could get back to working out and not have to baby it during my workday.

But then I realized:
This is how everyone feels when they come into our office.

It was an incredible ‘ah-ha’ moment because I truly understood that it’s not the pain that sucks, it’s what the pain takes away.

It also deepened my love for what I do because of how grateful I was for the providers that helped me get the knee problem solved, so I could get back to the things I love.

Tried everything… but your pain keeps coming back?

This is the most common thing I hear from people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s

You’ve:
• Stretched
• Rested
• Modified workouts

Most people hit this phase after turning 30 where something just feels… off

You’re more sore than you used to be
Things feel tighter
Recovery takes longer

And it’s easy to just assume
“This is what getting older feels like”

So you stretch more
Take more rest days
Try to work around it

But nothing actually changes

Not because your body is breaking down
But because you’re not addressing what’s actually causing it

That’s why it keeps coming back

You don’t need to slow down or stop doing what you enjoy
You just need the right plan

We hear it all the time: “I’m stiff even though I workout and stretch consistently.”

That approach can help a lot of people but it may miss key areas that need to be addressed.

Those key areas are usually not where you think 👀

In this case, the hips and the foot work in unison. If your foot is too rigid, the hip won’t be able to do its job.
