Most of what people are told about knee pain is outdated.

Let’s clear up a few myths:

1️⃣ “It’s just age.”
Pain isn’t a normal part of getting older — it’s a sign something isn’t moving the way it should.
Your knees don’t hurt because of your birth year… they hurt because of how things move (or don’t move).

2️⃣ “Rest is the answer.”
Rest might calm symptoms short-term, but it never fixes why the pain started.
Without restoring proper movement and strength, the pain just comes back when you train again.

3️⃣ “Squatting is bad for your knees.”
Squats don’t cause knee pain — poor movement does.
Learning how to move well under load is actually what keeps your knees healthy long-term.

If you’ve been dealing with knee pain — the kind that forces you to change your workouts, avoid certain lifts, or just push through it — this workshop is for you.

This isn’t a “do these three stretches from Youtube” type of session. We’re going to dig into what’s actually driving your knee pain, what you can start doing about it, and how to keep training without second guessing every rep.

Knee Pain Workshop
Led by: Dr. Aaron Meyer from Meyer Chiropractic and Performance and current RRCF member
When: Saturday, October 4th from 9:30–10:45 am (right after the 8:30 workout)
Cost: FREE, do not need to be a member of RRCF to attend (but we’d love to have you drop in on the workout at 8:30 - select “interested in more information in the form” )
