You don’t need 10 different stretches to improve your shoulder mobility. Getting your rib cage to expand will have a greater effect on your shoulder mobility and help you see changes that actually stick.

Watch till the end to see one of my favorite shoulder mobility drills that addresses 3 important components:
1. Rib cage expansion (via the breath)
2. Shoulder blade movement
3. Letting the shoulder get overhead naturally instead of forcing it

The changes take time you’ll start to feel a difference right away!

Most people assume their MRI tells them exactly what’s wrong.

That’s not how it works.

A lot of the things we label as “damage”
are actually very normal findings, especially as we get older.

Tears
Degeneration
Arthritis

These show up in people who feel completely fine.

So if you’ve been told
“you have a tear” or “your shoulder is worn out”

That might not be the full story.

Pain is more complex than that.

And the good news is that means you probably have more options than you think.

We’d love to show you what those options are. We’re hosting a workshop to give people just like you clarity on why they have shoulder pain and what they can do about it.

If your shoulder still hurts after chiropractic care, PT, icing, rest, and even ibuprofen, it’s not random.

These are the 3 reasons why:
1. Missing the primary driver (it’s not coming from the shoulder)
2. A mobility mismatch
3. A capacity mismatch

If you don’t find what’s actually driving the pain, you’ll keep chasing symptoms.

If your body doesn’t move well where it’s supposed to, your shoulder pays, the price.

This is why people feel temporary relief, but it never fully goes away.

At our workshop, we’re going to break this down so you can finally understand what’s going on in your body and what you need to do about it.

If you’re tired of trying things that don’t last, this is where that changes.

If you have ongoing shoulder pain but didn’t have a recent frank shoulder injury or other serious medical condition causing the pain. There is a high likelihood it’s coming from your spine!

These are the things that make that more likely. If you have 2 or more of these symptoms and you haven’t gotten your neck fully evaluated, there is a good chance you’ve been focusing on the wrong area.

If this is you, you can’t afford to miss our free shoulder pain workshop on Thursday, April 9th at 5:30 pm. We will help you understand what the root cause your shoulder pain is and have action steps to get you on the right track to finally getting it taken care of.

Shoulder pain… coming from the neck??

Yes! If you’ve tried to treat your shoulder without looking elsewhere, you may fall into the 47% that have shoulder pain coming from the spine.

I will post the signs and symptoms that make it more likely to suspect the spine instead of the shoulder next. Follow us so you don’t miss it!

*Key implications of the study: the study excluded patients that did not have a recent trauma to the shoulder (with swelling/bruising) and had pain from inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis.
The study included patients that neither the patient nor the referring provider suspected the shoulder pain having a spinal source

You’ve probably tried every stretch in the book. But I bet you haven’t done this!

So simple, yet very effective.

Give this a try for 5 minutes after a long day on your feet or a hard workout.

If you’ve been told your back hurts because your core is weak, you’re not alone.

Most people double down on planks, crunches, and “core workouts”… but the pain doesn’t change.

That’s because the issue usually isn’t how strong your 6 pack is.
It’s how well you coordinate all the core muscles together.

Your core’s job is to create stability while you move. If the timing, coordination, and pressure control aren’t there, the spine still takes the stress even if the muscles are strong.

That’s why picking and coaching right exercise is crucial.

In this case we picked a low bear hold.

It teaches your body how to create the right tension through the core, connect the shoulders and hips, and support the spine during movement.

Less about crushing your abs.
More about learning how to use the WHOLE CORE together

When the core works the way it’s supposed to, the back usually feels the difference. 💪

She’s given this presentation every year.

Every year she powered through it.
Every year she dealt with the pain after.

This year was different.

She stood for 60 minutes straight.
No shifting. No bracing. No counting down the clock.

And it wasn’t because of a quick fix.

It was because she committed to moving better.
To building real strength.
To showing up even when progress felt slow.

Pain doesn’t disappear because you hope it will.
It changes when you do.

If you’re tired of managing it and ready to actually fix the root cause, send us a message.
