Quick heads-up: 2025 just checked in and confirmed what we already knew-our volunteers are way cooler than we are. ✨

Now that the year’s almost wrapped, we can’t help but look back at the real heroes. If you volunteered with us, you already know the routine. You battled traffic, survived endless forms, and probably flipped through a magazine from the last decade at least once.

But here’s the thing: if we handed out trophies for everyone who showed up this year, we’d have to book an entire stadium. That’s how big of a deal you are.🏆

You didn’t just show up to “participate in a study.” You turned a “maybe” in a research lab into a real answer in a doctor’s office. Thanks to you, “the future of medicine” isn’t just something people say. It’s happening, and you’re the reason.

We can’t thank you enough for being part of this community. Take a breather, keep being amazing, and let’s wrap up this year in style.

❄️ The days get shorter, the nights get colder, and it’s easy to just curl up and forget about your health until spring. But don’t hit pause on taking care of yourself.

Winter can mess with your body in sneaky ways. Want to stay healthy while it’s chilly out? Here’s how:

1. Stay Hydrated. You might not feel as thirsty when it’s chilly but cold air dries you out, and your immune system still needs that hydration to keep working.

2. Boost Vitamin D. With less sunlight in winter, you might need a supplement or some foods packed with vitamin D. Ask your doctor if you’re not sure.

3. Dress in layers. It’s not just about comfort — keeping your core warm helps your heart and lungs do their job without extra stress.

4. Move your body. Even ten minutes of stretching indoors makes a difference. If you can sneak in more activity, do it. Try something new inside if it keeps you moving. Dancing in your living room totally counts!

5. Don’t skimp on sleep. Aim for 7-8 hours to give your immune system a fighting chance.

Bottom line: stay warm, keep moving, take care of yourself, and don’t let winter slow you down.

Health for All: Let’s Make It Happen

It’s 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆, and honestly, access to good healthcare shouldn’t be a luxury. We believe that everyone, everywhere, deserves quality health care.

Clinical trials aren’t just about research. They open the door to thorough health checks and treatments that a lot of people can’t get otherwise. We’re proud to help build a future where medicine is safer, better, and within everyone’s reach.

Health isn’t just a privilege—it’s a basic human right. 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 reminds us of that. On this day, let’s take a moment to remember that everyone deserves good health and well-being.

That’s really what clinical research is all about. It's more than just about pushing science forward; it's about standing up for everyone’s right to a healthier life by searching new treatments, making life a little easier, and helping people live longer.

Every person who joins a study isn’t just a participant—you help defend the future of health for all of us. You’re making a real difference. Thanks for stepping up.

Handwashing seems basic, right? But honestly, it makes a huge difference. It’s 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸! (Yes, it’s a real thing, and yes, it matters!)

Cold and flu season is here, and washing your hands is your first line of defense. Science backs it up: clean hands stop infections from spreading. So, scrub up for at least 20 seconds—about the time it takes to sing "Happy Birthday" twice. Your immune system—and everyone around you will be glad you did.

Inclusion isn’t just something to aim for; it’s absolutely essential. Today’s the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, and it’s a good time to talk about what “inclusion” means in clinical research. Here, it means making sure new treatments work for everyone, not just those who happen to fit the usual mold. We’re working hard to open up our studies, so they reflect the diverse world we live in.

On this day, let’s celebrate the strength, achievements, and rights of people with disabilities. We all deserve a future where health equity isn’t just an idea; it’s the way things are.

🦠 Flu season’s back, but we’re not just sitting around waiting to get sick.

It’s National Influenza Vaccination Week, and there’s a lot happening behind the scenes than most people realize. Here’s something cool: flu vaccines keep getting better because they’re constantly being updated to keep up with changing viruses. That only happens because of volunteers like you.

Right now, we’re looking for people to join our latest flu vaccine studies. If you want to help protect your community—and maybe get some study-related care and compensation while you’re at it—take a look at the links below. We’d love to have you onboard.⬇️

Not so long ago, getting diagnosed with HIV usually meant a death sentence. Fast forward to today, things look completely different. Because of tireless researchers and courageous volunteers, it is now a manageable chronic condition for millions. Still, we're not there yet. We are still pushing for better treatments, prevention, and one day—a real cure.

November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month, so let’s clear the air on a big one, stat.

❌ Myth: “Only smokers get lung cancer.”
✔ Fact: This is absolutely not true. While smoking is the biggest risk factor, anyone can get lung cancer. In fact, 10-20% of cases happen in people who have never smoked.

This disease doesn’t check your habits. That’s why research for better treatments and earlier detection is for everyone.
