🔹Looking for Covid-19 testing?🔹

Lifezone 360 is now offering FREE Covid-19 testing Monday-Sunday, 10am-7pm.

We have a drive-up container in the parking lot for non-contact testing. No appointment needed. Testing will include both rapid and PCR tests. Results provide in 24 hours via email.

We are excited to offer this service & implement the Stay Safe Initiative Illinois to serve our community and help stop the spread of Covid-19.

Using the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac during physical therapy treatment is by far my favorite way to integrate total body strengthening, core stabilization & coordination, flexibility, and balance WITH a focus on mind-body connection.

🌟Happy Graduation Day!

Proud of how hard this fella () has worked the past few months in PT to improve his balance/proprioception, strength, motor control, and gait pattern.

✨He’s now strolling into the clinic without a walker and is able to safely go for long walks to the pool by himself. Reducing the fall risk from high to low in our elderly population is EVERYTHING!! 💗

Huge thanks to and our Neuro/Parkinson’s specialist and partner in Thrive, Dr. Evie, for making sessions fun AND challenging.

✨We know it takes a village to coordinate schedules & get loved ones to therapy, so HUGE shout out to , , , and for making this happen. 😘

⚡️Do you have scars??

⚡️If yes, Is it painful? Does it pucker or feel stuck? Is it hard underneath?

⚡️Ideally scars are strong and MOBILE, but often scars become adhered to underlying tissue and do not move like the rest of your skin. Depending on where the scar is this can create pain as fascia, nerve, vascular and lymphatic structures are affected.

⚡️The GOOD NEWS is that scars can be remodeled years after they are formed. Massage and cupping are great ways to mobilize your scar but so to is Dry Needling!

⚡️Check out this video of a total knee replacement scar that is 3 years old. It was contributing to pain with end range knee flexion but also with squats and sitstand transitions. After 2 sessions of dry needling for scar mobilization her pain with knee flexion and squats has reduced significantly and she can move forward in strength training with less compensation! 🙌🏻
