We forget that to BE is to DO something really important. ✨

I know. With life as it is, we feel unable to wind down.

But a few moments with our spiritual practices will bring a peace that will reverberate for the rest of the day. 🩷

It’s the most important gift you can give yourself.

Take a few minutes for you.

Invite a deep breath. Exhale fully. Repeat.

Listen to your inner voice. Trust that grace is here.

Behind every statistic is a person who was loved, remembered, and is deeply missed. 💔
