Pippin is managing severe hip arthritis with TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) therapy to enhance her comfort and quality of life.

✅ What does TENS do?
TENS uses small electrical pulses through sticky pads(electrodes) placed on the skin to help:
🐶 reduce pain signals
🐾 support comfort in chronic pain case
💊Can be used alongside other pain management techniques
🩹Improve comfort during recovery

Strength doesn’t always look the way you expect it to. 🐾

This little warrior is learning to navigate the world on three legs—and absolutely crushing it. With focused physiotherapy sessions, every stretch, every balance, every tiny hop forward is a victory.

Tripod life isn’t a limitation—it’s a different kind of journey. One filled with resilience, courage, and a whole lot of heart. 💛

Keep checking back to see this brave kitty putting in the work, building strength, and proving that nothing can slow down a determined soul.

Weekend Warrior Warning: Is Your Dog Ready? 🐾
We love Saturday hikes, but if your dog is mostly inactive during the week, jumping into intense activity can cause injuries.

What is a "Weekend Warrior"? A dog who’s sedentary during the week but does intense activity on weekends. Just like we shouldn’t run a half-marathon without training, our dogs’ bodies need conditioning.

Risks:
-Strain on tendons, ligaments (ACL/CCL tears)
-Heart stress, especially in seniors or flat-faced breeds
-Paw pad injuries from rough terrain

Stay Safe:
-Follow the 10% Rule: Increase activity gradually each week
-Do weekday micro-workouts to build muscle
-Warm up & cool down with slow walks before and after hikes

Adequan injections are a great option to prevent joint disease and provide relief to pets who are experiencing joint pain!

Arthritis is a progressive disease that gets worse as your dog gets older. Early treatment with Adequan® Canine (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan) can help prevent damage to the cartilage in your dog’s joints and preserve your dog’s activity level for years to come.

Canine Fitness Month is just around the corner!💪🏼
Celebrated every April by the FitDog Sports Club, it's a great time to focus on your dog’s health and happiness. It encourages pet parents to create fun, regular exercise routines that keep tails wagging and bodies strong.

Just like humans, dogs benefit from physical activity to maintain a healthy weight, improve joint flexibility, boost heart health, and reduce anxiety. Whether it’s walks, agility, swimming, or play, movement is medicine for our furry friends.
Use this month to set new fitness goals, try new activities together, and celebrate your bond.

Don’t wait for your senior dog to struggle—start supporting them early!

Just like people, dogs slow down as they age. If you notice your pup hesitating on stairs, moving a little slower, seeming stiff after rest, or not wanting to play as much, those can be early signs their body needs extra support.

Senior canine rehab can help maintain strength, mobility, and comfort before small issues turn into bigger problems. Starting rehab before or at the first signs of slowing down can:
✨ Improve joint mobility
💪 Maintain muscle strength
🐕 Support balance and coordination
❤️ Help your dog stay active and happy longer

Early intervention makes a huge difference in keeping our senior companions comfortable and enjoying life by our side. If your dog is starting to show signs of stiffness, soreness, or slowing down, it may be the perfect time to talk with your veterinary team about a rehab plan tailored just for them. Because aging is inevitable—but unnecessary pain and loss of mobility doesn’t have to be. 🐶💙

We are focused on helping Copper improve his posture by encouraging a less rounded back and strengthening his trunk muscles.

As you can see, Copper doesn't always display his enthusiasm during rehab—it's tough work, but he's making progress!
