The purpose of THRIVE Strength & Wellness is to serve the community with a well-rounded fitness facility that goes beyond that of personal training. Our mission is to provide an atmosphere where each individual feels comfortable and confident during their training sessions and receives the absolute best fitness and nutritional advice for their specific needs. Our knowledge and expertise includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Fitness training and over 10 years in the constantly growing fitness industry. We also hold Kettlebell and Barbell Instructor Certifications from the elite training at StrongFirst.

Attention all parents of Holland AND East Aurora, 4th-6th grade girls! The HEA field hockey coaching staff is running two weeks of FREE clinics for our younger students! This is completely FREE--all you need is your own mouth guard and shin guards (can be soccer shin guards) to participate! We love growing this awesome sport in our communities so please consider giving it a try! And if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out by emailing kimborowsk627@gmail.com!
