Hi everyone! I’m Tabatha, and you’ll see me part time at the front as part of The Vanity Bar Concierge Team!

By day, I’m an elementary school principal, and I’ve been in education for 27 years. At my core, I’m someone who truly loves working with people - servicing others, building relationships, and creating positive experiences is what energizes me.

That’s what drew me to The Vanity Bar. I love welcoming clients, visiting with them, and getting to be a small part of the confidence and happiness they walk out with. I’ve also really enjoyed learning about the services - there’s so much more to it than I ever realized!

I earned my degree in education from VCSU and my Master’s in Educational Leadership from NDSU, and I bring that same people-first mindset into everything I do.

Outside of work, I have three grown children and love staying active, dancing, traveling, and spending time with friends and my significant other.

The team here is incredibly supportive, talented, and fun - and that makes it even better to be a part of!

Hey guys! I’m Hailey, a Skin Specialist at The Vanity Bar!

I’m originally from Minot, ND, and I moved to Fargo in 2023 to attend the Esthetics program at The Salon Professional Academy, graduating in 2024. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the Fargo area and decided to stay and start my career here.

From a young age, I’ve had a passion for all things skin and beauty, and I love helping people look and feel their best. I believe self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Everyone deserves a moment to reset, recharge, and prioritize their skin health.

I’m passionate about providing facial treatments that are both results-driven and relaxing, and I’m dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client.
In addition to my work in esthetics, I also work at a childcare center, where I spend my time nurturing and guiding children in a supportive environment.
