Based in Fargo, ND with travel across the Midwest. No tower experience needed — just solid construction knowledge & clean background, driving, and drug screening.
Details: We’re looking for motivated individuals with basic construction knowledge (tower experience a plus but not required).
🔹 Pay: $30–$35/hr starting (no tower exp.), $45+/hr for proven foreman-level experience
🔹 Requirements NON-NEGOTIABLE: Clean driving record (5 years), background check, drug screening, willingness to relocate to Fargo, ND within a few months
🔹 Perks: Paid drive time, 100% employer-covered health & life insurance (after 30 days), paid holidays, hotels & fuel covered (company trucks), nightly per diem, typically private hotel rooms
We travel primarily MN, ND, SD, IA, MT (and beyond). Not looking for tiger teams, but crews are welcome to apply together.
