Make Moves in March!
Looking for simple ways to stay accountable in March both on and off the mat? Each week will highlight different parts of the wellness journey to hopefully help build ongoing successful habits. This week it's all about SLEEP. Routine can be a big key in quality sleep which is often the hardest part. See if you can put down the phone and invest more time in a calming bedtime routine to help keep you on track.

Daily movement and proper hydration can be factors in quality sleep so continue previous habits for greater success this month.

Make Moves in March!
Looking for simple ways to stay accountable in March both on and off the mat? Each week will highlight different parts of the wellness journey to hopefully help build ongoing successful habits. This week it's all about WATER. Hydration is a power source for the body so keeping up with your daily intake is a key element in daily accountability. Grab your favorite water bottle, set your ounces, and hydrate! One way to roughly gage proper water consumption is 0.5-1 ounce of water for each pound of body weight. Always keep in mind local climate, exercise, and any other dietary restrictions you might have.

Don't forget to book your classes or add movement to your daily calendar and hold yourself accountable to the "meeting" for greater success.
