Line of the day..."Disturb your homeostasis". These days this concept goes a long way. But none more than with high intensity exercise and the rebuilding of our bodies from a cellular level. All exercise is beneficial, but exercise at "high intensity" almost always brings higher returns. True "high intensity" is uncomfortable, even if for only short periods...but many exercise routines do not qualify as true high intensity.
