✨ Essence & Sound Meditation in Avon ✨

I’m excited to invite you to a special Essence & Sound Meditation that I’ll be co-facilitating with David Ascenza this Saturday at Yoga From The Heart.

This is a beautiful journey that combines pure medicinal-grade essential oils, healing sound vibrations, and a powerful crystal grid to support deep relaxation, connection, and inner awareness.

Before we begin the meditation, David and I will share about the plant essences, sound instruments (Tibetan singing bowls, tinchas, and other sacred tools), and the crystal grid we’ve prepared for the experience. You’ll also have time to ask questions about aromatherapy, sound healing, and the energy of the crystals.

Then we’ll move into a guided meditation with healing sounds and sacred essences, allowing you to drop deeply into the vibration of nature and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
