Okay guys, let’s be real. Last year with the pandemic sucked, and it’s still going on. New variants every few months, afraid to get back into the gym because of COVID, so we’re not as active as we were pre-pandemic. It’s 2022!! Let’s set that mentality to conquer our health goals this year and REALLY mean it this time around! I mean, how many times have we said “new year new body”?? You need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. That can be hard to figure out & all of the other tiny pieces that go into it. So let me take all of that on for you so we can actually conquer these New Years Resolutions. 🌻💛🌞
