With the holidays fast approaching, now is a great time to think about how you will celebrate. Here are some tips from our counselors.

🪑Keep your support network close. If you find you’re being triggered, excuse yourself from the situation and reach out to a supportive person.
🔔 Start a new tradition. There is no wrong way to celebrate the holiday.
🪑Go to a meeting. AA groups typically host multiple meetings on holidays, so find the schedule and keep it close at hand.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! We loved sharing the experience of bringing the holiday cheer to ClearVision. Our clients took the lead, choosing the perfect tree and then decorating it with enthusiasm and care. It’s wonderful to create new, positive traditions together and fill our space with light and festive cheer. Thank you to everyone who helped make our center look so bright!
