✨ I am now a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner ✨

I’m honored and deeply grateful to have received the gift of Reiki- a healing, divine energy. 🌿 This initiation deepened my trust in divine flow… in the ways energy moves through us, restores us, and reminds us that healing is our birthright and it’s available for us to experience.

As many of you know, I’m a holistic therapist and Empath Liberation Coach, devoted to supporting sensitive souls through emotional healing, life transitions, and spiritual awakening. Reiki now joins my practice as another beautiful pathway to liberation, alignment, and heart-centered restoration.

🌸 I still have much more to learn, but I look forward to soon offering Reiki and sharing it with you.

Managing sensory overload is important for having peace and balance in our lives.

✨️Here are a few self-care tips to help you navigate those overwhelming moments:

• Essential Oils: Just a whiff of lavender or eucalyptus can relax you almost instantly

• Comfy Clothes: soft and cozy clothes can be comforting and grounding

• Sensory Break: Taking a few moments to breathe deeply and focusing on one of your senses

• Set Sensory Limits: It's OK to say “no” to situations that you know will overwhelm you.

✨️SPD happens when the brain processes sensory information differently, such as sounds, touch, or lights.

✨️ Imagine que algo tan simple como el sonido de una campana o la etiqueta de tu ropa te haga sentir incómodo/a todo el tiempo. Eso es lo que viven muchas personas con Trastorno del Procesamiento Sensorial (TPS). Algunos son muy sensibles, mientras que otros under-react y no sienten tanto.

So how do you "unfreeze" your nervous system so you can stop procrastinating?

Here's a few tips:

- Self-soothe: use deep breathing and somatic exercises in order to help your nervous system move through this stress response.

- Stimulate your brain and body: go for a run, brisk walk, do something creative, anything that feels stimulating can help get you unstuck.

- Organize, organize, organize! Pick an organization tool that works for you. This can be an app, a notebook, or the calendar on your phone. This helps you in the long run to prevent procrastination.
