High Protein Chicken Alfredo Pasta

It’s a solid alternative to your favorite fettuccine Alfredo dish from very fancy restaurants like The Olive Garden, but much lighter, and higher in protein.

Ingredients
3.5 oz of banza pasta
4 oz chicken breast
1 cup fairlife milk
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
Garlic powder, parsley flakes to taste

For the sauce, blend the cottage cheese and the fair life milk, then heat it to a simmer before adding it to the cooked chicken and pasta.

Optional, add a small amount of butter and/or Parmesan cheese for a richer sauce, but make sure you factor this in when calculating macros/calories
