Hi, I’m Agnes — welcome to Form First Pilates.

I became a Pilates instructor 13 years ago, but I didn’t even know what Pilates was until I moved to LA from Hungary. At the time, I was working as a nanny. My boss back then, Jessica brought me to my first class and encouraged me to try it, knowing I had a background in physical therapy. She saw something in me before I did.

That one class changed everything. I fell in love with Pilates, and I knew I had found my path. ✨

Sadly, Jessica is no longer with us, but I’ll always be grateful to her. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her encouragement and support. She’ll never be forgotten. 💛
