His clients are always pleased with the delicious variations and delightful presentations in each and every meal by Chef Tomas. His menus feature a variety of eclectic fusions and unique elements of his experience with French, Italian, American, Cuban, Mexican, Argentine, and Spanish cuisines. Healthy, Whole Foods are always on the menu with “The Healthy Chef". He has a deep understanding of the origins of foods, and a passion for the health and wellness of his clients. Over the past five years, I have had the incredible experience of working as a private chef for a family. Words can’t capture how amazing this journey has been. The time has flown by, and I’ve grown immensely, both personally and professionally. However, the pace of life has quickened, and it’s time for a change. This experience has undoubtedly made me a better person and a more skilled chef. Now, as I move on, I’m excited to bring new ideas and refined expertise to my next venture.
