Friday was a very bittersweet day for me. After 20+ years of working at Grello Peds (now CHPP-Peds West Islip) I have officially hung up my stethoscope. This practice has been my family, it has shared in my good and bad times. I learned to develop my skills and Ive trained many people how to develop theirs. I have seen my patients go from newborn to heading off to college. I have experienced colleagues come and go, some excel in their careers and some gain their wings. I want to thank them all for the love, compassion and friendship I have experienced throughout this time. I will continue to keep you all in my heart.

The safety and well-being of our patients is very important to us.
Due to Covid-19 we have made some changes for your safety

We continue to be open to see patients 6 days a week.
Our office is cleaned and disinfected every evening
We have split the day in half, seeing our Well Visits in the morning and
Our Sick visits in the afternoon. We are offering and most parents are choosing
To wait in the car til we call you in to your appt.
Please give the office a call and set up your Well Visits now or for a
future date

We are also working on a Telemedicine option. For patients who need an evaluation
by a physician and is unable to come for a visit in person.
We will keep you updated when that happens.
