Before & After | 👉 40 y/o female presented with left arm weakness and numbness. On exam she had significant left arm weakness and myelopathic signs concerning for cord compression. MRI showed C4-C7 disc herniations causing severe stenosis and cord compression. CT showed a large osteophyte behind the vertebral body of C5. I performed a C5 anterior corpectomy, C6-C7 ACDF, and C4-C7 anterior plating. Post-op she had complete resolution of left arm weakness and numbness. Strength returned to normal on exam.
