A View of Healthcare You’ve Never Seen

We are so excited about offering "a view of healthcare you've never seen" to people of the high country.

Elevation Health is a primary care practice that will be able to offer all traditional services of a primary care practice but with longer, more personalized visits. As our patient, you will be able to forge a relationship with our medical provider, Heather Peters, FNP and Maggi Birdsell, Registered Dietitian who get to know you. No more scheduling months in advance or waiting for hours just to see your provider for only a brief period of time. When you have a need, you get to speak directly to our providers.

What makes Elevation Health special? Our practice has a special approach to treating and preventing disease. We take a lifestyle first approach to medicine. You'll have the opportunity to work with us both on your Food, Fitness, Stress, Sleep and more, all before turning to medication if you choose. Should you need medicine, we will be able to offer many medications at a discount. Basic lab work will be included, and additional lab work can be drawn for a significant discount (almost 75%)! All of this for a monthly membership fee around the cost of your cell phone bill. While we won’t be accepting or billing insurance in our practice, if you have insurance you can still be a patient/member because your insurance will work everywhere outside of our office.
